Dubai, UAE. One City. One Week. One Nation

Not every day at a blockchain conference is built for the stage. Some days are built for the people behind the scenes, the ones who show up with cameras, code editors, microphones, and ideas. Day 6 of MENA Blockchain Week 2026 was exactly that kind of day.
Creators & Builders Day brought together the developers, content creators, podcasters, streamers, and digital builders who are not just watching the Web3 industry move forward, they are documenting it, shaping it, and building the infrastructure that carries it. From a hands-on AI development workshop in the morning to a creator-focused meetup in the afternoon, Day 6 felt different. More grounded. More collaborative. Less about panels and more about doing.
Morning: GDG Google AI Weekend x MENA Blockchain Week
Build with AI Edition
The morning session set the tone immediately. GDG Sharjah partnered with MENA Blockchain Week to host a full Build with AI workshop, bringing together technology enthusiasts of all experience levels under one roof to do something that does not happen often enough at industry events: actually build things.
Participants spent the session prototyping, testing, and deploying applications using the latest Google AI technologies, including Gemini. No slide decks handed around. No passive listening. Just tools, problems, and people working through both together.
The session reflected a broader shift happening across the region. The conversation around AI is no longer about whether to adopt it. It is about how fast you can learn to build with it, and who you will build alongside.
Thought leaders who shaped the conversation:
Ramesh Chander, Head of Developer Relations, MENA, Turkey & Africa, Google
Asma Ramadan, Digital Manager, E&
Amit Varghese, Director, Strategic Growth & Client Partnerships, Sitecore Middle East
Rohan Mitra, Machine Learning Engineer, Dubizzle & Bayut
Seba AlMokdad, Machine Learning Researcher, American University of Sharjah
Dr. Mustafa Hamza, Director of Software Engineering & AI, Digitas
Mohammed Noshin, Research Fellow, MIT Senseable City Lab
Csongor Vogel, Staff Software Engineer, Talabat
Bahgat Ahmed, Senior Data Scientist & AI Tech Lead, Mozn
Onkar Naik, DevOps Engineer, Callsign
Mahira Pathan, Cloud Solution Engineer II, Oracle
Afternoon: Creators Day Meetup at Hadron Founders Club
If the morning was about building technology, the afternoon was about building presence.
The Creators Day Meetup brought together Dubai's Web3 content creators, podcasters, streamers, and digital builders at Hadron Founders Club for an afternoon designed around one question: how do you build an audience in an industry that moves this fast?
The answer, as it turned out, came in three parts: sharpen your craft, understand your tools, and meet the people who are figuring it out alongside you.
Podcasting & Live Streaming Masterclass by AWPRO
One of the afternoon's highlights was the Podcasting & Live Streaming Masterclass, led by
AWPRO, one of the region's most respected audio-visual production teams.
The session went beyond theory. Attendees worked through production fundamentals, streaming workflows, and the practical side of building a consistent digital content presence, the kind of knowledge that usually only comes from years of trial and error.
AWPRO delivered it in an afternoon.
For creators who have been building in Web3 with great ideas but inconsistent production, this was exactly the resource they needed.
Thought leaders who shaped the conversation:
Shaji Shanmughan, Sales Director, AWPRO
Islam Bakr, Sales Executive, AWPRO
Kelvin Montalbo, Photographer & Speaker, AWPRO
Networking & Open Space
Then the room opened up.
Some of the best conversations at MENA Blockchain Week 2026 happened not on stages but in the spaces between sessions, where a developer from one city meets a creator from another, and something clicks. Day 6 gave those moments room to breathe. The open networking segment let attendees move freely, follow threads from earlier sessions, and make the kinds of connections that do not happen on a schedule.
Binance Square Workshop
The afternoon also featured a dedicated Binance Square Workshop, giving creators a closer look at one of the most active content platforms in the Web3 space. A practical, platform-specific session for anyone building a presence in the crypto content ecosystem.

Building the Voice of an Industry
Day 6 closed with a feeling that is hard to manufacture and easy to recognize: the energy of a room full of people who are genuinely motivated.
Every builder in this industry needs a voice. The developers who ship quietly need people to tell their story. The protocols that move markets need creators who can explain what that actually means. The events that bring communities together need the podcasters, streamers, and digital builders who make sure no one misses what happened.
The creators in that room are building their voices. And the industry is better for it.
Stay tuned for the Day 7 Recap.
