The Role
Event Sales Manager (Blockchain Sponsorships) Open to Remote and On-site
We are looking for one person. A senior closer who understands the blockchain and Web3 sponsorship landscape, knows how to build relationships with decision-makers at exchanges, protocols, and institutional players, and can turn strategic conversations into signed partnerships.
This is not a volume-based sales role. It is a relationship-driven, high-value sponsorship position for someone who finds uncapped commission structures motivating — and who wants to sell something they can genuinely be proud of.
What You Will Own
Build and manage a live pipeline of regional and global sponsors
Create tailored sponsorship packages — not templates — based on client objectives
Pitch to senior decision-makers at blockchain, Web3, AI, and institutional firms
Represent MENABCW at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions across Dubai and globally
Ensure strong sponsor ROI through visibility, activations, and meaningful engagement
What We're Looking For
3+ years in sponsorship sales or exhibition space selling
A proven track record in blockchain, Web3, or tech events — not adjacent to it
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing ability at senior levels
Entrepreneurial mindset: you treat your pipeline like your business
Based in or willing to operate in Dubai / MENA region
Arabic or Chinese proficiency is a significant advantage
